Spring Tune-up

Fall Tune-up

Connect freon gauges and check operating pressures.
Check voltage and amperage to all motors with meters.
Check air temperature drop across the evaporator.
Check for adequate refrigerant charge and visible leaks.
Check evaporator superheat/subcooling.
Lubricate all moving parts.
Check belt and adjust tension.
Check filters.
Check pressure switch cut out setting.
Check start capacitor and potential relay.
Check compressor contactor.
Check all wiring and wiring connections.
Check and adjust thermostat.
Check condensing coils.
Check secondary drain pan.
Heating Maintenance
Check and adjust thermostat.
Clean and adjust all safety controls.
Check burners and controls.
Check and adjust pilot assembly.
(A) Check standing pilot.
(B) Check electronic spark ignition controls.
Adjust burner for efficiency.
Check for gas leaks in gas valve.
Lubricate all moving parts.
Check belt and adjust tension.
Check filters.
Check vent pipe and draft diverter.
Check fan control.
Check manifold mixture.
Check furnace for visable cracked heat exchanger.
Check for temperature rise.
Check for complete furnace cycle.
Special Provisions

The 10% parts discount does not apply to the change-out of furnaces, cooling coils or condensing units.
Maintenance Agreements are transferable at the same address only.
Weigand Enterprises/Air Wise reserves the right to reject any agreement if, on inspection by a representative, equipment is found to be in such condition that service will be unsatisfactory to both parties.
Customer shall notify Weigand Enterprises/Air Wise of unsatisfactory service within 10 days after first scheduled call in order to receive a full refund. Any refunds thereafter will be based on the number of months this agreement has been in force.
